MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer horror-comedy ‘Istriya 2’ has surpassed all expectations at the box office and surprised the trade experts.
The film has grossed tremendously from the first day of its release and has now officially entered the 500 crore club.
Rajkummar Rao’s film has collected Rs 307.80 crore in its first week, including earnings from preview shows, while the film has collected Rs 145.80 crore in its second week.
‘Astra 2’ earned Rs 9.25 crore on third Friday, Rs 17.40 crore on third Saturday, and Rs 22.10 crore on third Sunday and has now officially entered the five hundred crore club.
